• Minimum deposit payment of RM50 is required to confirm booking.
• Booking is based on first come, first served basis.
• Balance payment (if any) must be completed before/during item collection.
• Deposit will be refunded within 1 working days after inspection

• Renter must present IC/driving license during collection.
• Rental period starts from the agreed collection and ends at the agreed return time.
• Late return will be charged RM10 per hour/per day.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.

• Deposit is required for every rental.
• Deposit will be forfeited partially or fully if: Equipment is damaged, Accessories are missing, Late return without notice
• If damage cost exceeds deposit amount, renter agrees to pay the balance.

• Renter is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during rental period.
• In case of total loss, renter must compensate based on current market value.
• Renter is responsible for safe handling and storage of equipment.
• Equipment must not be used in extreme weather or risky environments unless agreed.

• Equipment must not be sub-rented to third parties.
• Equipment must not be used for illegal activities.
• Modification or tampering with equipment is strictly prohibited.

• Cancellation made less than 24 hours before rental date will result in deposit forfeiture.
• Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability.
• No refund for early return.

- Loss of data (photos/videos)

- Injury caused during usage

- Technical issues due to mishandling
